Macaroni and Cheese Hack for 2
If you love mac and cheese and are looking for a fairly hands-off approach to making it, this macaroni and cheese hack for 2 is for you. It’s so creamy, so cheesy, and so easy with virtually no prep. The oven does most of the work, so you don’t have to!

2 oz Velveeta or any other good melting cheese of your choice 2 oz Cream cheese or any other good melting cheese of your choice 2 oz Cheddar or any other good melting cheese of your choice 4 oz Pasta small/short 2 cups Whole milk Salt
Preheat your oven to 350 F.
Add cheeses to the center of a small baking dish, side by side.
Add uncooked pasta around the cheeses.
Season milk with salt (and any other seasonings you’d like), then pour over pasta.
Bake at 350 F for 45 - 50 minutes, stirring the pasta/milk a couple times to keep from sticking together or to the side of the dish.
Remove from oven, mix it all up, and enjoy!
